Returns Policy

Most importantly, we would like to express our deep appreciation to you for your purchase! We know that during every blue moon, there may be stormy seas and an item may be damaged.

You need to return the product within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for items damaged in transit.) Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable. If packages are not returned, we will not refund your order. Packages returned will be processed according to the order it was received. Processing may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

Exemptions

Drinking Straws and Water Bottles are exempt from return and refund. 
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded - unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 Return Instructions

  • Please contact us through email at support@yachtieinspired.com before returning packages. Please include reason for the return, a photo of the item(s) you want to return, and your order number.
  • We will provide to you the return address.
  • Keep a copy of your receipt with your return tracking number and email it to support@yachtieinspired.com with your order number.
  • Once the tracking states, “Delivered,” your order will be refunded (see Refunds).
  • Products must be returned with its original packaging, with tags, and invoice, otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you require a refund and this is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are shipping an expensive item ($60 or higher), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Afterwards, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yachtieinspired.com. 

Importance of Accurate Shipping Address 

Shipping information is taken directly from the “checkout” page when you place your order. You will receive an email after your order is placed. Please contact us immediately after order via email if you notice an address error. We are not liable for lost, held, misdelivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not for shipping.

Lost Packages

We want to ensure you receive the products you ordered, but we are not responsible for lost packages. If you believe your package may be lost, please contact the postal carrier to inquire. After contacting your postal carrier, send us an email at support@yachtieinspired.com. We will then contact the shipping carrier to investigate further. Normally, 20 days or so are needed by shipping carriers to find lost packages.

Defective / Incorrect Items

Contact support@yachtieinspired.com if you received an incorrect or defective item within 24 to 48 hours. Include the order number, information about the defective or incorrect item, and attached a photo of the item.
